Giveaway terms & conditions

 Eligibility: Isabel Forester Photography's engagement session giveaway is only open to those who are members of the Facebook group "Alaska Weddings, Elopements, and Brides", and are 18 years old or older. Entrants must be engaged at time of entry. Entrants cannot have entered into contracts with other wedding and/or elopement photographers.

 Terms: Prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value. No travel included. Winner must be present within 60 miles of Anchorage, Alaska in March or April 2024 to claim engagement session prize. Winner must book a wedding package to receive package discount prize. Winner's wedding must be booked for a date Isabel Forester Photography is available, otherwise prize will be forfeited. 

Agreement to Rules: By entering the Giveaway, the Entrant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of Isabel Forester Photography, and you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept Isabel Forester Photography's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on March 4th 2024 at 12:01AM AKST and ends on March 11th 2024 at 11:59PM AKST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Isabel Forester Photography reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Isabel Forester Photography’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Isabel Forester Photography reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Isabel Forester Photography has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Isabel Forester Photography reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
